1.What we collect
When you request a free Property Score: the listing link and email you enter, the public information on that listing, and your score. When you book a demo: what you enter in the scheduler (your name, email, mobile number, how many homes you have, how you host today, and your listing link if you share it) and the time you pick. When you use the contact form: your name, email, phone number and message, which go to our team inbox. When you visit: cookie-free, aggregate visit counts that do not identify you.

To score your listing and email you the result, with a private link to see it again. To schedule and hold your demo, email you about it, and answer your questions about Nestr's hosting services. To answer the messages you send through the contact form. To keep the score form free of automated abuse.

The score form uses a bot check. It reads technical information from your browser, such as your IP address, to tell people from automated traffic. We use it only for that.

We only send the emails you ask for: your score result and your demo confirmation. We do not send marketing emails.

We do not send you text messages unless you agree to them separately. If you do, reply STOP at any time to stop. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.

As long as we need it for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.
