My partner and I put our hearts into our home in the Poconos. When it came time to grow, I knew I needed help. I wanted three things: control, answers, and execution. I couldn't find all three in one place.
Two options, both missing something
The hosting companies I talked to wanted a big percentage of every booking. Once they took over, I'd lose sight of my own home.
It felt like handing over the keys and hoping for the best.
The software was the opposite. Pricing tools and dashboards gave me thousands of data points and no conclusions. I spent hours in them, came away more confused, and was still doing the work myself. Between guest messages, check-ins with our community, and turnovers, hosting was eating the time it was supposed to give back.
The number nobody showed me
Airbnb showed me revenue. It never showed me what we actually kept after cleaning, taxes, supplies, and repairs. So I built my own spreadsheets and profit and loss statements to find out.
That's when it clicked: any owner who treats this like the business it is runs into the same wall.
So I built the in-between

Why the Poconos
I grew up coming here. Skiing and tubing in the winter, fishing and the lakes in the summer, the water parks in between. It always felt like home for our family. I love the woods, the green, the quiet, even how dark it gets at night.
It's a place built for getting away, and that's why we bought here: so other families get the time I had growing up.
